Students crack me up!

I brought a bunch of papers home to grade and finally sat down with them last night. One student gave me the best laugh. Her paper was about how her biggest fear was failing college. She went on to talk about how hard she worked in high school, but her major motivator was playing basketball. She would do things such as 'I felt bad that I needed time. I was blowing my boyfriend just to keep up with my homework.' Well, obviously she meant she was blowing OFF her boyfriend. Freudian slip, no? It gave me a hearty chuckle.

Teacher hat today. Yesterday I about fell asleep in class. I hope I'm not that boring when I'm teaching!
